Celebrated as Britain's most important living artist, David Hockney was born 1937 in Bradford. Establishing himself as a leader of the 1960's pop art movement, his star was rising early. His scholarly work revolutionized our understanding of perspective within the history of art, when he published his findings on the use of optics and lenses by the old masters. Then in more recent years he pushed out the boundaries of art further, when he began producing his iPad drawings, which have come to define his late career.
Geist specialises in the secondary market for David Hockney's digital editions.
